Synopsis

A silent assassin is destroying the Inuit community in Greenland. Through currents in the ocean, pesticides like DDT are carried northbound into Inuit land, poisoning humans and animals.

With spectacular cinematography of their icy, fairytale homeland, Silent Snow follows two young girls in their daily lives as they grapple with the knowledge that life as they know it is slowly disappearing.
